Soffit, fascia and siding — the roofline finished as one system.
Fascia is what your eavestrough hangs on. Soffit is what lets your roof breathe. If either one is wrong, the gutter in front of it is working against the building. That is why we supply and install both — and why we would rather do the roofline as one job than bolt a new gutter onto rotting trim.
We install ventilated aluminum soffit sized to the overhang so the intake area actually matches what the roof assembly needs, and solid aluminum fascia over sound wood backing that gives hangers something to bite into. Where trim, flashing or J-channel details are involved we handle them as part of the same install, so the water path from shingle edge to downpipe is continuous and nothing is left for someone else to figure out.
We also supply and install siding and aluminum cladding — the same trades the business has offered in Kenora, Ontario since 1994. Colour and profile selection runs through our primary supplier, Kaycan, and we are happy to work through the options with you before anything is ordered.

Ventilation is not a detail
Blocked or undersized soffit intake is one of the most common causes of ice damming on a cold-climate roof: warm air stalls in the attic, melts the underside of the snowpack, and the meltwater refreezes at the cold eave. Getting the intake right at the soffit is cheaper than any of the things you do afterwards to deal with the consequences.

Sound backing first
We do not cap rotten fascia. If the wood behind it has gone, it gets dealt with before the aluminum goes on.

Not always — but you do need the fascia to be sound, because that is what carries the gutter. We check it as part of every estimate and tell you what we find. If it is solid, we say so and leave it alone.
